Due to its stunning results the client decided to live in this property instead of selling it as originally planned.
This allowed for outstanding 180 degrees’ view of the city scenery from within his flat. Once the project was completed the owner got his flat revalued. The flat value had increased by over £100,000 compared to its value before the project started. Despite this he chose to stay in his newly renovated flat and enjoy the views.
