This property had been vacant and neglected for a long period time and was in desperate need of some TLC and a modern touch. The investor was referred to us through a previous client we worked with, we later found out she wanted to increase the living space downstairs. To accomplish the desired space, we designed an extension at the rear of the house to allow for an open plan kitchen and dining room. We then embarked on renovating the living room, bathroom and kitchen into a modern family place that everyone could enjoy to dine in. We also built a driveway at the front of the property for off-street parking. Once all the work was complete the house was ready for any family to move into it straight away. This entire project was completed with our own builders, interior designers and surveyors.
