We were appointed to replace the existing bungalow by building 3 story house including basement. Together with re-configuring the internal layout this provided additional ground floor living space and on the first floor an additional bedroom and bathroom. The family are keen to use green technologies and plan to install a log burning stove, a higher efficiency boiler, both solar thermal and photovoltaic panels, a sunlight tube and will also be recycling their current kitchen.
